Welcome to a SBAS HR Group workshop on the topic of Overcoming the engagement paradox

Most business and HR leaders would make the case for employee engagement as a key enabler for business success. However, very few companies succeed in creating a culture that engages and where employees feel a higher purpose of belonging.

The aim of this workshop is to focus on actions, tools, organisation and leadership models that lead to higher degrees of engagement. We would also like to raise the issue of in what ways, the culture of the country where the organisation is operating, adds on to the complexity. The aim is to defeat the paradox, find ways around obstacles and work with you on how to deliver lasting engagement. You would especially benefit from, and add to, this workshop if you are a manager or would like to move into a managerial role, if you are an HR professional or if you are a dedicated member of a team.
